As I'm on the water I can't help to feel as though I have taken a few steps back in time when things seemed to flow easier. A time where cars and tall buildings didn't exist. A time where everything just seemed much quieter.
As you go in to today and whatever craziness you have going on, Think of yourself on a calm water way and or get out and get that $20 mental celerity. Your mind deserves it!
Imagine its just you and your thoughts in the boat. Toss anything and everything that does not serve you in a positive manor over board. Pick ONE thing that makes you happy and feeds your mind positivity and think of nothing but that for the duration of your trip.
Set yourself up for Success!
